New Year, New Decade

I just watched Julie and Julia and if you're familiar with it, Julie, an ardent admirer of Julia Child, prepared over 400 recipes fromMastering the Art of French Cooking and blogged her experiences, both good and bad, with regard to outcome.
It got me thinking how much fun it might be to share ideas, and recipes, for foods that are truly nourishing and healthy.
To begin, that means all real food. No packages, no preservatives. Do you eat this way?
I do to a certain degree, but I do buy herbs and spices in jars, my whole oats in bags, and I don't make my own bread.
Otherwise, most of what I eat at home is simple and home-cooked.
For instances, tonight I had a small piece of wild cod, baked with some breadcrumbs and Mrs. Dash seasoning, along with spaghetti squash with marinara. Yum. Simple, quick and good.
